Delivery/orders

Which countries do you currently deliver to?

We currently only ship within the Czech Republic. If you would like to inquire about shipping to another destination, please contact us.

What is the delivery time?

You will normally receive your order within 5 days of payment, but it depends on the carrier.

How do I exchange an item in my order?

We can only arrange an exchange after ordering in exceptional cases. Please try to contact us as soon as possible via email or phone and a personal agreement may be possible.

Complaints and returns

Where and how can I file a complaint?

Contact us either directly by phone or using your e-shop account and we will make arrangements.

What do I need to include with the claimed goods?

We recommend that you include the following in the package with the claimed goods:

  • Cover letter with a thorough explanation of the defect
  • Copy of purchase receipt (invoice)
  • Accessories with regard to the nature of the defect (my computer won't turn on -> I will attach the power cable to the PC)

I disagree with the handling of my complaint, what can I do?

We always decide on complaints based on a professional assessment by an authorized service center. You can contradict this assessment with another professional assessment, for example an expert opinion.

Is there a warranty on the goods?

Yes, all our products without any additional package have a one-year warranty from the date of order.
